Return Policy
We have a 7-day return policy, meaning you have 7 days from receiving your product to request a return.
In the following cases, customers are not entitled to a return or refund:
1. The buyer is not satisfied with the product after receiving it.
2. The buyer changes their mind after shipping is complete.
To benefit from the return service, the product must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused and unworn, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
Damage and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the product is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, so we can assess and rectify the problem.
Exclusions/Non-Returnable Products:
Certain types of products cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, and plants), custom-made products (e.g., special orders or personalized items), and personal care products (e.g., cosmetics). Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your purchase.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on discounted items or gift cards.
Exchanges:
The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, purchase the replacement separately.
Refunds:
We will notify you once we receive and inspect your returned item and inform you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be automatically credited to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund and add it to your account.
Delivery Time:
Orders will be delivered within 7 to 12 business days.
